All showered and finished outside for the day when it comes to lawn care and yard work. I've promised to whip a fruit salad for dinner before the three of us head out on our bikes for a Tour de Cul de Sacs around the neighborhood this evening. The Young Master has a nifty, new adult-sized orange Trek to try out.
The shirt pictured, in any case, is an old comfy navy blue number purchased for me by my dear, departed mother in about 1998. The olive green chino shorts are a more recent purchase to replace a fraying pair, which has been relegated to lawn mowing and yard work wear.
Yet another variation of my usual at-home summer attire. I'll pack similar gear for our approaching trip "up North," as they say here in Michigan, in about three weeks. Can't wait!
Now, where did I leave that large glass of iced tonic water?
