I finally got around to listening to this. Some interesting points, but I'm not sure I agree with some of the polarised stereotypes.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Tony! That crystalized it for me. I couldn't quite put my finger on what bugged me about this. I'd always thought one was polite simply for the sake of being polite, not because of a particular ideology or social position.
