Not quite as many vintage menswear illustrations today, and they predate the golden age of the 1930s by just a few years, but these various ensembles and overcoats by Hickey-Freeman are interesting to peruse nevertheless.
My personal favorite is the man in the navy double-breasted suit and repp tie about five pictures down the page. Under normal circumstances, I have a similar 6x2 number that comes out about every two weeks during the cooler months.
Anyway, I managed to find these lovely old pictures in between fielding student emails as well as helping The Young Master with some of his own online homework and develop a science e-poster using Prezi.com, which will be on the physics of flight given his interest in birds and airplanes.
But next up, lunch for both Bad Dad and The Rotten Little Kid.
